Cambridge Hip Arthroscopy Course under the Patronage of ESSKA


This two day course is aimed at expanding surgical knowledge behind all aspects of Hip Arthroscopy.

The course is an excellent chance to access the knowledge of some leading international surgeons. The format of the meeting will be of a series of short lectures and hands-on wet lab sessions over two days practicising all aspects of hip arthroscopy.

The course will have a high faculty to delegate ratio and is aimed at aspiring hip surgeons looking to practice all volumes of hip arthroscopy surgery. Delegates would ideally be consultants in practice, fellows or senior trainees who have passed the exit exam.

The course content will cover the fundamentals of the patient management process, indications, optimal patient selection, clinical investigations, best practice imaging, surgical approaches, complications, post-operative rehab and registry results. Arthroscopic surgical techniques will be taught in both the supine and lateral positions. 

Travel and accommodation would be your own responsibility.

Participant profile:

Fellows, and Senior Registrars with experience in arthroscopic surgery hip.
